Payment Options

The Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) covers most services. Routine eye examinations for those 20 - 64 years of age are generally not covered by OHIP.

Also, the Health Insurance Cards of all Canadian Provinces and Territories are accepted except for Quebec which does not participate in "Reciprocal Medical Billing". Quebec residents must pay for services directly and apply for reimbursement from the "Regie" or from their own private insurance.

Our helpful staff members are happy to answer any questions you may have regarding payment. For uninsured services, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or bank Debit Cards. Uninsured services must be paid for at the time of your visit. We will gladly complete your insurance forms promptly.
